Our Process
Step 1
Send an inquiry with all of your details, and most importantly, tell us about your dream wedding. An owner will get back to you within 24 hours to answer all of your questions, and schedule a private tour of the venue.
Step 2
Come visit us in person! Meet with Robert, Michael, Theodore, or Taylor. We’ll have a great time walking you through the entire venue, space by space, and explain how it can all be curated to fit your specifications, vision, and budget.
Step 3
Secure your date by signing a contract and leaving your deposit. Let’s start planning!
Step 5
Your day is finally here! As you arrive to the venue, you’ll be greeted by familiar faces in your matrie’d. You can entrust Taylor & Theodore to run your day expertly, exactly as you envisioned. Walking into your venue, you’ll see each space you designed, brought to life elegantly and spectacularly by your wedding team. After months of your hard work, celebrate the night away surrounded by your loved ones.
Our wedding was hosted on September 22, 2023 and we could not have been
more thrilled with the experience. The venue worked out great with the photo
opportunity at Mother's beach followed by the on site ceremony at Bellport. We
had 200 guests and at no point during the day/night did we feel crowded. We've
got unbelievable feedback from all our guests commending Bellport and the
vendors.
We concluded the night with the
upstairs after party option which was a perfect setting for everyone to cool down
and enjoy some food and cigars. Thanks to all the staff at Bellport Country Club
and a special shoutout to our DJ Vincenzo (Absolute entertainment) who blew
the roof off the place!

We celebrated our wedding at Bellport Country Club in February 2024. We

executed reception, everything was absolutely stunning. The venue itself

Bellport deserves 10+ stars if I could give them that. From the time we booked
our date (18 months before), to picking up our tons of decor afterward, working
with everyone at Bellport Country Club was beyond incredible. We worked with
Theodore and Taylor most as we got close to our date, and I can tell you without
a doubt that they are why our day was pure magic.
My guests have not stopped telling us how incredible the food was
during cocktail hour and the wedding overall. I am so thankful for each and every
moment spent planning with and celebrating at Bellport Country Club. They
made my wedding an incredible night that I will remember forever.
